RIDE Indoor Cycling

Our RIDE classes deliver high-energy indoor cycling for every fitness level—from first-timers to seasoned cyclists. With motivating music, expert instructors, and the camaraderie of the group, each class pushes you to feel stronger and more accomplished.

Held in our specialized RIDE Studio, every session features up to 15 Keiser M3i bikes equipped with dual Toe Cage/SPD pedals and performance-tracking displays. Wear your favorite athletic shoes or SPD bike cleats, track your progress, and enjoy a smooth, customized ride.

New to RIDE? Arrive 10 minutes early—our instructors will help you get set up and record your bike fit for next time. And yes, we’ve got gel seat covers for a little extra comfort.

RIDE Indoor Cycling – FAQ

Not at all! RIDE is for everyone—from beginners to experienced riders. You control your resistance and pace, so it’s as challenging as you want it to be.
Bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes. Athletic shoes or SPD cycling shoes are both compatible with our Keiser M3i bikes.
Please arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can help you get set up for a proper fit. We’ll record your settings so your next RIDE in Bellingham is even easier.
Heart rate monitors are optional, but we recommend them for tracking your effort and progress. BTTC is an official MYZONE retailer—you can purchase monitors right here at the club.
Yes! Our bikes offer full 4-way adjustability (up/down, forward/back) for both seat and handlebars, ensuring a comfortable ride for every body at the gym.
We’ve got you covered. Gel seat covers are available in our RIDE Studio for extra comfort on the saddle.
