Workout on the Road: No Equipment Necessary!
This popular workshop with Julie Taylor will be running on both Thursday, June 4th & Saturday, June 6.
Summer travel season is nearly here — but that doesn’t mean your workouts have to stop.
Workout on the Road is a 45-minute bodyweight-based training workshop built for movement anywhere. You’ll learn a full-body circuit you can take on vacation, on the trail, or even in your hotel room.
Participants receive a take-home copy of the full workout plan.
Variations shown for beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Spots are limited to 16 participants per class.
