As fall approaches and the weather changes, that afternoon walk/run/bike suddenly doesn’t look so appealing but you still want to get some exercise…
Did you know we have excellent Group Fitness Classes, even after 5pm? There are a variety of options to choose from: Ride, Performance and TRX. They are super fun, excellent exercise and conveniently schedule for an early evening exercise. Take a look at the schedule, go online, or give us a call and get REGISTERED for a class. If you are interested in trying the classes but don’t have a Training Membership or you have a friend that wants to give it a try, just stop by the front desk and we will give you a complimentary Guest Passes to try them out.
Are you thinking to yourself, wow she sounds kind of bossy, well, I will have you know, my 1st grade teacher once referred to me as “bossy”, but
my amazing and always supportive father replied, “no, she is not bossy, she is showing her leadership skills.”
So please take my leadership advice and give a Group Training Class a try. It is an awesome way to get through these rainy days at the beginning, middle or end your day.
If you have any questions, you can always find one of our fabulous Coaches around the Club or working hard in the office. Come say hi. Not sure what class to start with? No worries, they are all made for you. We cater to all levels, the Coach demonstrates each exercise and watches your form throughout the class.
